Three Sumadhura communities in Bangalore are at launch stage: Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur, open for Expression of Interest; Sumadhura Solace at Thubarahalli and Sumadhura Edition on Nallurahalli Road, both newly launched and registered with Karnataka RERA in December 2025. Together they cover 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK across 46 acres and more than 3,100 homes, with handovers running to December 2029.
Buying early is a trade, and it helps to name both sides of it. What you gain is choice: at launch the full stack is unsold, so tower, floor, aspect and plan are all still available, and the corner unit or the high floor that will be gone in six months can still be picked. Launch-stage pricing is usually the lowest a project will see. What you accept is time, and the risk that comes with a building that has not been built yet.
The second thing worth naming is that new apartment projects in Bangalore publish less than finished ones. A completed community has floor plans, sample flats and neighbours who will tell you the truth. A launch has a masterplan and a brochure. Two communities below carry real gaps in what they publish today — one has no unit sizes, another no possession date — and each block says so plainly, because that is the information a launch buyer most needs and least often gets.
Stage is also not a single thing. Expression of Interest sits before formal launch: it is a refundable registration that buys queue position and access to launch pricing, and it transfers no interest in any specific home. A new launch is further along — RERA registered, allotment open, agreements executable. Elysium is at the first; Solace and Edition are at the second. The difference decides what you can actually commit to today.
One practical instruction before any of it. Every project here carries a Karnataka RERA number, and every number can be checked on the state portal in about a minute. The registration records the approved plan, how much land it covers and the completion date the developer has declared — a commitment with legal force behind it, worth more than any date quoted across a sales desk. Look it up before you pay anything.
