When I founded Sumadhura in 1995, I had no business plan grander than a single conviction: that a home is the most important thing most families will ever buy, and that the person building it owes them more than concrete and paperwork. He owes them his word. Thirty years later, that has not changed. What has changed is the scale. Fifty-six projects. Twelve thousand families. Two cities. Four verticals. We evolved into Sumadhura and with that came a sharper, bolder vision to craft landmark addresses across South India's two most dynamic and fast-growing cities, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
2016 — Skyline Redefined
With Acropolis, a G+31 high-rise in Gachibowli, we pioneered high-rise living in Hyderabad, transforming the city's urban horizon and setting a new benchmark for elevated residential living.
2021 — Community Landmark
With Eden Garden, a 14-acre, 1,113-unit township in Whitefield, we redefined large-scale gated community living and set an entirely new residential standard for Bengaluru's homebuyers.
2023 — Commercial Debut
With Capitol Towers, a LEED Gold certified Grade A+ development in Whitefield, we made our bold entry into Bengaluru's premium commercial real estate landscape, raising the bar for the industry.
2024 — Diversification Unlocked
In one landmark year, we unveiled a refreshed brand identity with a new logo and tagline, launched Workship (Managed Office Spaces), entered warehousing with Logistics Park and introduced Palais Royale, our uber-luxury icon in Hyderabad.
2025 — Plotted Ambition
With Panorama, South India's first luxury villa land community spanning 100+ acres in Devanahalli, we made our most ambitious entry yet into the plotted development segment.
