Thirty years ago, we started on a conviction that remains unchanged, that every square foot we deliver carries a responsibility far greater than construction. It carries someone's trust. What that responsibility has built is a legacy that speaks for itself. 56+ projects, 17 million square feet of considered, crafted space by 14,000+ families across Bengaluru and Hyderabad who call a Sumadhura address home. When I founded Sumadhura in 1994, I had no business plan grander than a single conviction: that a home is the most important thing most families will ever buy, and that the person building it owes them more than concrete and paperwork. He owes them his word. Thirty years later, that has not changed. What has changed is the scale. Fifty-six projects. Fourteen thousand families. Two cities. Four verticals. Numbers I could not have imagined then, but each one was earned the same way.
