                              Job Description:

                              • Co-coordinating construction activities that includes civil & all other service packages for high rise and gated community residential townships.
                              • Preparing MIS reports & giving project progress report with a strategic look ahead schedule for achieving the set goals.
                              • Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
                              • Ensuring quality of civil constructions in terms of check list for all construction activities including the material specifications with prior approval of management.
                              • Assessing project costing in high rise structures for effective finance management which helps the clients for better funds allocation at various stages.
                              • Finalizing project costing for all packages based on the specifications freezed by the Architects & Service Consultants.

                                Job Description:

                                • Implementation of quality management system as per ISO 9001:2015
                                • Planning & conducting audits as per schedule.
                                • Coordinating with the client regarding quality/design/drawings issues and taking action on client related issues from time to time.
                                • Technical supervision of work to ensure their quality and conformity with standards and specification prescribed.
                                • Developing PQP & preparing all MS, ITP’s to related Civil & Infrastructural works.
                                • Getting material approvals as per project requirement.
                                • Raising Inspection requests and Coordinate with quality inspectors of Consultant/client.
                                • Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
                                • Review the client specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.
                                • Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan as per PQP.
                                • Developing New Mix Designs from time to time and implementing them to achieve better quality of concrete at a minimal cost.
