The total cost of the project is Rs 300 crores, Rs 100 crs of which will be from internal accruals and will raise Rs 100 crores from financial institutions. The price will be in the range of Rs 55 to 60 lakhs for 2BHK and the highest priced 3BHK will be Rs 1.25 crore. The project will be completed by Dec 2019.
