Job Description:
- MEP Design review in Co ordination with Architects & MEP Consultants for finalization of GFC drawings.
- Provide administrative and technical and validation responsibilities for the MEP portion of Projects to achieve the vision of “ Best Utilization of methods, resources in project utilities for uninterrupted usage at lowest cost”.
- The control of on-site and off-site vendors, products inspections.
- Perform risk assessment and lock-out requirements.
- Own responsibility for project consultants, contractors and internal staff during design, specification, bid, installation and management phases.
- Improvement, continuous upgrade of MEP processes/systems.
- Coordinate with the execution team/engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies.
- To meet MEP design as per all applicable standards such as Sumadhura standards / IS standards / NBCs / Fire department / DBRs.
- Preparation, Validation, review, monitoring and closure of MEP BOQ, schedule, and budgets, MEP resource Utilization and Time sheet.
- Execution, Implementation of Quality assurances, Safety measures etc.
- Review, coordination, testing.
- Value Engineering, Process Improvement of MEP works.
