Job Description :

  • Lead Generation through ATL/BTL, Digital and other sources by devising efficient marketing strategies (Use of Demographics and Psychographics, Story Telling)
  • Campaign Creation and Management
  • Explore new markets for lead generation going beyond the current targeted customers.
  • Manage Activities to ensure spends are within approved marketing budgets.
  • Vendor Management, Event Planning and Execution.
  • Data Analytics to help Customer Engagement, Market Analysis, Product Design and Pricing, Marketing Strategies.
  • Brand Development – Perform activities to build Sumadhura into one of the top real estate brands in South India.
  • Customer Experience Management – Work to constantly improve the experience of customers dealing with our organization specially from Sales and Marketing perspective.
  • Work with ATL/BTL, Digital Marketing teams/members to ensure appropriate activities are performed for lead generation
  • Campaign Creation and Management
  • Work with Creative team to ensure appropriate marketing collateral is developed to help lead generation and brand building.
  • Vendor Management, Event Planning and Execution
  • Manage vendors for every marketing channel to ensure quality output is delivered within defined budgets.
  • Plan and execute expos, events (launch etc.) to ensure maximum customer reach and ensure every event delivers minimum ROI
  • Manage Activities to ensure spends are within approved marketing budgets.
  • Data Analytics to help Customer Engagement, Market Analysis, Product Design and Pricing, Marketing Strategies.
  • Setup, Monitor and Report Analytics that will help the company gain an edge over the market
  • Brand Development – Perform activities to build Sumadhura into one of the top real estate brands in South India.
  • Monitor brand development activity and report on periodical basis.
  • Customer Experience Management – Work to constantly improve the experience of customers dealing with our organization especially from Sales and Marketing perspective.

Skills Required :

  • Experience in real estate or other sectors selling high value products like Financial Services, Insurance, high end cars, a minimum of 5 yrs. from real estate industry desirable.
  • Should be aggressive, and track records for creating and implementing sales strategies.
  • Capable of managing a team of 5-6 people.
  • Have a good understanding of the Current market.
