Job Description :

  • To Execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided.
  • To meet weekly & monthly site visit target.
  • To probe & share maximum client information with RM to ensuring successful site visit & conversion.
  • Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport, send project details via email, WhatsApp & for review/ feedback.
  • Update product knowledge in Co-ordination with site offices on the project progress.
  • Understanding of the real Estate industry & the Current competition.
  • Attend inbound calls, Missed calls & voice messages providing project information & required details.
  • Be courteous & patient while attending to inbound & executing outbound calls.
  • Verify & qualify the authenticity of leads assigned by lead management team.
  • Update lead in ERP software i.e, Sales force in a timely manner.
  • Publish daily reports with line manager as per the roaster.

Job Specification :

  • Dynamic, high- energy individuals and Good communication skills.
  • Should be a Team player & Basic telephonic ethics.
  • Time & priority management.

Soft Skills :
