Role Definition:

  • Develop, manage, innovate all contracting arrangements in project execution and ensure and devise all necessary process, systems in contract management so that "contract and keep calm" objective of the company is met.

Responsibility Deliverable

  • Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed within its budget and project duration
  • Effective Utilization of facilities, equipment, tools of contracting and identification of risk & opportunity along with mitigation/usage plan throughout the project duration.
  • Direct and oversee contract management process throughout life cycle of project and vendor contract document along with negotiations, recommendations, record keeping monitoring, change management.
  • Co ordination- Cooperation with pro active approach with external parties & and internal departments/HODS

Tasks & Activities:

1.Oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed within its budget and project duration

  • BOQ validation as per the completed projects available DATA and compare with present market scenario randomly.
  • Consolidated Labour rate index for Bengaluru projects including PRW and Departmental Labours
  • Contractors Work order/Job order/Hire order/ Contract drafting
  • Change orders as per site condition.
  • Monthly financial performance report.
  • Contract strategy meetings with project team to identify risk & opportunity.
  • Monthly Wastage Analysis of all materials validation and final report
  • B.Reviewing/Preparation of Monthly Cost report in line with IMS entry and accounts dept and compare to the Master Budget.

2.Direct and oversee contract management process throughout life cycle of project and vendor contract document along with negotiations, recommendations, record keeping, monitoring, change management

  • Identification, enrolment of contractors and maintaining healthy data base of each varieties of contractors.
  • All Labour/Legal compliances with contracting, documentation, monitoring and management 
  • Contract negations, verification of capabilities
