Regularly train the team on competition, market dynamics and industry updates with relevant data & web links for future reference. Prepare PLAN OF ACTION every month.
Track Individual RM's lead allocations, site visit fixed & done status preferably in excel for tracking
Handhold, assist & help team for negotiations & conversions.
Personal attention to hot prospects following up for conversion & reference.
Implement best practices with team for achieving sales targets.
Lead by example by demonstrating excellent email communication with hot prospects.

Role:
Check on active leads status & coordinate with marketing team on media plan for the month
Helping in product configuration, amenities, pricing and project positioning
Monitoring inventory control on Project collaterals pro-actively
Track & assist CRM to ensure 20% agreement is collected, agreement executed within timelines
