Job Description :

  • Role: The position is mainly responsible to generate transaction revenue through commercial leasing for the company by developing, maintaining and enhancing targeted client relationships. Additionally, knowledge of key real estate dynamics like demand, supply, absorption, vacancy etc. and other related economic drivers of real estate will also be essential for effective conduct of business. The incumbent should have past leadership experience in Real Estate or have key leadership traits to be able to lead teams.
  • Manage real estate transaction activities including business development, conduct and manage site tours, formulate commercial offers, assist in negotiations and closure.
  • Prepare, recommend, and implement a transaction strategy for marketing and leasing of commercial project(s)
    • Cash flow understanding & analysis
    • Source corporate clients by local and referred deals
    • Lead and manage existing tenant accounts
    • Liaise with Channel Partners, PC members and local brokers to source leads
    • Analyze and advise clients on the details of projects such as Floor Area offered, Building Specifications, Plans and the commercial terms of sale or lease
    • Independently formulate & implement real estate marketing & leasing plan in line with Company's strategic and time-bound real estate goals
    • Prioritization of assignments, adherence to company-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones
    • Work closely with Internal and client's team to ensure integration between the service lines
    • Monitor and closely track all transactional activities ensuring timely and smooth completion
    • Ensure quality data in terms of overviews /RFPS/templates/case studies/data management
    • Create MIS for local Business Development and track competition deals, vacancy, supply along with Market intelligence
    • Address and Resolve tenant issues/disputes and other concerns, aggressive client follow-ups and internal timely reporting
  • Effectively manages a team responsible for performing a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects to achieve monthly and annual deliverables.
  • Have prior hands-on experience of Account Management. Should have individual Account relationships. Manage and maintain Key Account relationships
  • Periodic reviews of the entire P&L workflow process, from drawing up P&L reports to interpretation and implementation of decisions based on insights.
  • Manage budget vs. variance.
  • Manage a team to achieve the community, sales and facilities goals
  • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to review the status of individual tasks and goals
  • Keep abreast of local laws and regulations as they pertain to member safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Ensure growth and oversee achievement of individual/team targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up.
  • Constant Mentoring & guiding the team, grooming them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their occupation.
